Overview


Responsible for managing projects in close coordination with the Overall Project Manager to meet specific project objectives. Leads the project team and is key interface to the project or program contributors.


Responsibilities



  • Facilitates project meetings and prepares the minutes of the meeting.

  • Prepares weekly status reports

  • Identifies necessary tasks, determines dependencies, assesses cost, and identifies specific resources needed to complete project tasks and provides recommendations to the Overall Project Manager.

  • Creates/tracks/adjusts the project schedule

  • Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to achieve project objectives timely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
