Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of 3PL integration projects, from solution design through to implementation
• Drive pragmatic, outcome‑focused decision‑making to meet tight delivery timeframes
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage integration design, interface mapping, and middleware approaches
• Act as the primary point of engagement with the 3PL provider, ensuring alignment and delivery accountability
• Collaborate with interdependent projects and workstreams across the broader program
