Job Summary : We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Data & AI to lead high-impact transformation initiatives in an international environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead data-driven transformation initiatives to modernize organizational systems and processes.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI projects, ensuring quality, scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Drive change management efforts, including user training, adoption, and communication strategies.
• Ensure that projects are aligned with strategic business objectives and deliver measurable value.
• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder management in multicultural environments.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Report on project progress, milestones, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in project governance, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills : proven experience in IT project management with a strong focus on Data & AI initiatives, combined with a solid background in digital transformation projects. Strong knowledge of project governance and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is essential, as well as the ability to manage end-to-end delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Desired Skills : project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CAPM, or Agile-related credentials. Previous experience leading multicultural teams in international environments will be valued, as well as additional exposure to cloud-based projects and innovative AI-driven solutions.
