IT Project Manager – Data & AI

Proven experience in IT project management with a strong focus on Data & AI initiatives, combined with a solid background in digital transformation projects. Strong knowledge of project governance and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is essential, as well as the ability to manage end-to-end delivery within scope, time, and budget.

The candidate must demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels, together with the ability to drive change management and ensure user adoption. High fluency in French and English, along with professional Spanish (Castellano), is mandatory. Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft Services) is also required, alongside strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Data & AI to lead high-impact transformation initiatives in an international environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Proven experience leading IT, Data & AI transformation projects in international environments.
• Strong background in digital transformation and modernization of systems and processes.
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams (data scientists, developers, business stakeholders).
• Track record of end-to-end project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Experience in stakeholder management at different organizational levels, including multicultural teams.

• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder management in multicultural environments.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Report on project progress, milestones, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in project governance, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
