We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Scrum Master and Program Manager. In this dual role, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master while also managing multiple projects and programs to ensure successful delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products with a focus on execution excellence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Scrum Master and Program Manager. In this dual role, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master while also managing multiple projects and programs to ensure successful delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products with a focus on execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives as the Scrum Master.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
- Collect and report scrum metrics.
- Remove impediments and ensure the team is focused on delivering value.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets as the Program Manager.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Program Manager in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience leading teams that develop platforms and tools and secure software.
- Ability to work across functions and collaborate with different departments.
- Ability to work with US teams and have schedule flexibility for US meetings.
