Responsibilities
  • Prepare intake assessments for IT infrastructure projects to define goals, objectives, scope, effort, cost, and benefits.
  • Oversee daily management of IT infrastructure initiatives and supporting resource capacity.
  • Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure Project Lead to identify key program metrics and provide regular status reporting.
  • Lead initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of IT infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare project charters as needed.
  • Identify project tasks and resource requirements with the project team and external resources.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines, dependencies, and milestones using a project plan.
