Project Delivery & Execution

Lead end-to-end management of client-facing technology projects, from planning to deployment and closure. Define and oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and success criteria. Manage project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and communication frameworks. Manage team performance using Agile/Scrum based on agreed upon SLA with client and KPI with the team, and address issues, if any. Lead project-specific meetings, provide updates, manage expectations, and escalate issues to Operations Manager. Use Asana for task tracking and reporting. Identify and mitigate risks, enforce project management standards and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience)

• Certified and proficient in project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
