IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in our clients. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of projects that span ERP (preferably SAP), e-commerce, mobile apps, POS, loyalty programs, and messaging platforms, ensuring seamless integration and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex retail projects involving SAP (or satellite retail systems), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, mobile apps, Inventti messaging, Zanthus POS, and Maxxin loyalty solutions
• Define project scope, timelines, and KPIs while managing cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors)
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with retail industry standards
