Position Overview



The IT Project Manager will lead and execute technology initiatives across Support Services Group's global footprint, with a primary focus on LATAM and North America. This role drives delivery of complex IT programs related to infrastructure, cloud, security, compliance, application development, and global process standardization.



The ideal candidate understands large-scale IT environments, can translate technical requirements into executable project plans, and thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise-level BPO environment.

+ Lead end-to-end IT projects including:





+ Infrastructure builds & upgrades (network, server, storage, data center, telecom)



+ Cloud migration & modernization initiatives
