Key Responsibilities:
Technical & Delivery Leadership
· Lead and manage technical projects from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
· Agile proponent and practitioner, focused on maturing team practices and fostering continuous improvement.
· Drive software delivery using SDLC, Agile, or PMLC processes.
· Coordinate across engineering, product, and underwriting to gather requirements and deliver impactful outcomes.
