Overview: Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager who will lead IT infrastructure and network operations across two hospitals in Washington, DC. This is a hands-on leadership role with no direct reports, ideal for someone currently in an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or IT Management position within a healthcare institution.
The ideal candidate is super sharp, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can stabilize complex IT ecosystems while collaborating with physicians and clinicians. You will lead projects, manage vendors, and ensure operational excellence across infrastructure, security, and IT operations.
We are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also a strong technical journalist, able to clearly document processes, communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms, and produce concise, accurate reports for leadership and stakeholders.
