Job SummaryPosition is accountable for serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for members of the HR team, by providing technical expertise, support, and guidance in the HRIS/Payroll system in day-to-day operations. Interface with IT personnel on system projects and initiatives and coordinate with HR management. Perform periodic system testing and quality assurance checks. Act as the primary contact for system-related IT inquiries and coordinate with software support as needed. Also, acts as IT ancillary support for the County Human Resources Department and reports to the ICT Director.
Minimum QualificationsAssociate’s degree in business, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
