Requirements
  • 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager; experience in logistics and/or retail-related roles.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and distribution centers.
  • Basic knowledge of databases, business case consolidation, and operating systems.
  • UX/UI experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies.
  • PMI certification (preferred) or project management–related course
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, delivering expected results on time and within scope.
  • Guide the team toward self-organization.
  • Assess the team’s Scrum maturity and coach the team at a sustainable pace.
  • Remove impediments and support the team.
  • Build a safe and trustworthy environment where issues can be raised openly.
  • Support the Product Owner, particularly in maintaining and refining the product backlog.
  • Ensure adherence to defined agile development practices (e.g., Scrum ceremonies: Daily, sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, impediment management).
  • Manage phase changes, change control, project closure, cancellation, or rejection, as well as project planning activities.
  • Facilitate and negotiate backlog management with the team, including the Product Owner and engineering teams.
  • Manage risks, changes, controls, documentation, and status reporting for assigned projects, including KPIs, OKRs, and one-pagers.
