IT Quality Assurance Test Coordinator

As an IT quality assurance test coordinator, you help define and align the testing strategy for various key partners. You’re responsible for activities that support the implementation of and compliance with an integrated, end-to-end software quality approach. You support quality assurance professionals and other team members in carrying out quality-related activities. You identify opportunities to strengthen quality processes, collaborate with architects, developers and analysts to optimize testing efforts, and recommend solutions. You ensure that anomalies and their resolution are consistently managed throughout development by implementation teams. You draw on your in-depth knowledge of software development and the line of business, your rigour and your ability to manage complexity to define test activities and optimize them in high-risk areas.
