End-to-end recruitment of Telecallers for domestic BPO processes. Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, databases, and field sourcing. Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with candidatesManaging walk-ins, bulk hiring drives, and onboarding activities. Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets. Coordination with management for manpower planning and recruitment forecasts. Knowledge of local candidate sourcing in Kerala (preferred). Availability for field visits & recruitment drives (as required)
