IT Recruiter & Bench Sales Specialist

Location: Remote (Initial)

Hybrid/On-site (Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam)

Shift: Rotational (Must be open to Day and Night shifts)

Experience: 2–5 years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements (Domestic and US IT)

- Bench Sales Management: Market \"Bench Consultants\" to Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners

- Sourcing & Networking: Leverage LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder to find requirements and candidates

- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with vendors and candidates for high placement rates

- Reporting: Track and report daily submissions, interviews, and placements

Candidate Requirements:

- Dual Expertise: Proven experience in IT Recruitment and Bench Sales

- Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (US markets) and day shifts (Domestic/ME markets)

- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam
