Job Description
IT Recruiter & Bench Sales Specialist Location: Remote (Initial) Hybrid/On-site (Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam) Shift: Rotational (Must be open to Day and Night shifts) Experience: 2–5 years (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements (Domestic and US IT)
- Bench Sales Management: Market Bench Consultants to Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
- Sourcing & Networking: Leverage , Dice, Monster, and Career Builder to find requirements and candidates
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with vendors and candidates for high placement rates
- Reporting: Track and report daily submissions, interviews, and placements

- Dual Expertise: Proven experience in IT Recruitment and Bench Sales - Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (US markets) and day shifts (Domestic/ME markets)
