We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Recruiter to join our team. If you have 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience and are passionate about identifying and placing the right talent, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with clients.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable candidates within the given timelines.
