Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the team in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
  • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate details in the ATS
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next steps
  • Assist in job posting and basic employer branding activities
  • Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates
  • Learn IT and cybersecurity hiring requirements and market trends


Eligibility

  • Any graduate or final-year student
  • Basic understanding of HR or recruitment is preferred
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Interest in IT and technology hiring
