Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the team in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate details in the ATS
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next steps
- Assist in job posting and basic employer branding activities
- Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates
- Learn IT and cybersecurity hiring requirements and market trends
Eligibility
- Any graduate or final-year student
- Basic understanding of HR or recruitment is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Interest in IT and technology hiring
