Roles & Responsibilities
Support the team in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate details in the ATS
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next steps
Assist in job posting and basic employer branding activities
Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates
Learn IT and cybersecurity hiring requirements and market trends
Eligibility
Any graduate or final-year student
Basic understanding of HR or recruitment is preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Interest in IT and technology hiring
Internship Outcome
Hands-on exposure to real IT recruitment processes
Practical learning on sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
