Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Recruiter to join our team. If you have 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience and are passionate about identifying and placing the right talent, we'd love to hear from you! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with prior recruitment experience (IT or non-IT) or those looking to restart their careers after a break.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable candidates within the given timelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Candidates restarting their careers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
