IT Recruiter

The role requires a deep understanding of IT roles, strong candidate management skills, and the ability to manage a portfolio of job requisitions across different sectors. Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, working closely with the immediate supervisor to align and understand the hiring needs of clients, and identifying the right candidates for various technical roles. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate placement for a range of IT positions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals) to build a pipeline of qualified IT candidates. Engage passive candidates through headhunting techniques.
