Job Title: IT Recruiter
We are planning to onboard interns for the Recruiter position and would like to share the proposed structure.
The internship will be for a duration of Two months, during which the interns will not receive a salary; however, lunch will be provided. During this period, their performance will be closely monitored, especially their ability to deliver selections.
If an intern performs well and is able to achieve selections within the first three months, we plan to continue them as full-time recruiters and offer a compensation of ₹15,000 per month for the following year.
In case an intern does not meet performance expectations even after three months, we will discontinue the engagement.
