Role: IT Recruiter – EU / UK / INDIA

  • Experience: 3–12 years
  • Location: PUNE, KOLKATA, HYDERABAD offices (100% onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for international clients
  • Focus on contract staffing in the EU / UK / INDIA region
  • Source talent using LinkedIn RPS, job boards, internal tools, and referrals
  • Pre-screen candidates for international fit (skills, experience, culture)
  • Coordinate interview schedules across time zones
  • Ensure timely follow-up on Interview schedules
  • Support offer negotiations and onboarding
