Key Responsibilities

- Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with hiring teams
- Upload candidate information into Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and candidate progress
- Maintain and update candidate databases regularly
- Learn best practices in IT recruitment and candidate engagement
