IT Resilience Manager

Schedule: Compressed workweek (Mon -Thu = 8AM to6PM, Fri = 8AM to5PM; flexible hours)

Job Summary:

The IT Disaster Recovery Manager is responsible for ensuring the organizations IT systems and data are resilient, recoverable, and protected against disruptions. This role oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) strategies, ensuring critical IT services can be restored within defined recovery objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or cybersecurity, with 3+ years focused on disaster recovery or business continuity management.
