JOB ROLES

• Strategic Allocation: Mapping the specific technical skills of developers and testers to project requirements to ensure the right people are on the right tasks.

• Capacity & Demand Forecasting: Analyzing the 2026 pipeline to predict bottleneck periods before they happen, allowing for proactive hiring or shifting of deadlines.

• Objective Score Management: Serving as the custodian of the department’s performance data. They will manage and calibrate individual scores for all team members (BAs, Testers, Devs) to ensure that KPI monitoring remains strictly data-driven and free from departmental bias.

• Operational Liaison: Acting as the point of contact between Project Managers (who need resources) and Team Leads (who manage people).

• Resource Champion : Serve as the POC for any resource-related questions and presentations.
