Job Description
Our Client, a Medical Center company, is looking for a IT Resource Manager for their Boston, MA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ The IT Resource Manager is responsible for the strategic allocation of human capital across the IT organization. You will manage the Supply vs. Demand of labor, ensuring that technical staff are assigned to the highest-priority initiatives. You will identify talent gaps, manage staff utilization rates, and balance the workload between Run (keeping the hospital systems stable) and Build (new projects and innovations).
+ Prioritization Frameworks: Partner with the PMO to lead the intake process, helping IT score requests based on factors including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and ROI.
+ Pipeline Management: Maintain the Demand Forecast— the database of upcoming projects, maintenance requirements, and other IT resourcing needs.
