We are looking for a talented IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Service Owner. In this role, you will oversee critical compliance-related IT services, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with business objectives. You will play a key part in shaping and enhancing IT services that support compliance processes and drive operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
Design, implement, and evolve IT services supporting compliance processes, including account onboarding, periodic KYC reviews, fraud detection, and fund transfer compliance.
Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration across teams.
