Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to drive sales of software, hardware, and IT services from leading global brands.
This role involves engaging with customers across North America , understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored technology solutions via phone-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Engage proactively with customers to identify needs and recommend solutions
✔ Sell, upsell, and cross-sell IT hardware, software, and services
✔ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets
✔ Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professionalism and confidence
✔ Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates
✔ Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends
✔ Adhere to quality, compliance, and communication standards
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling (IT/technology sales preferred)
Strong phone presence with excellent communication and active listening skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Proven negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Positive attitude with resilience and relationship-building skills
