🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to drive sales of software, hardware, and IT services from leading global brands.

This role involves engaging with customers across North America, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored technology solutions via phone-based sales.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Engage proactively with customers to identify needs and recommend solutions

✔ Sell, upsell, and cross-sell IT hardware, software, and services

✔ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets

✔ Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professionalism and confidence

✔ Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates

✔ Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends

✔ Adhere to quality, compliance, and communication standards

🔹 What We’re Looking For

🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling (IT/technology sales preferred)

🔹 Strong phone presence with excellent communication and active listening skills

🔹 Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset

🔹 Proven negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities

🔹 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

🔹 Positive attitude with resilience and relationship-building skills
