Job Title: IT Sales Manager – ODC / GCC (US & International Sales)

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished IT Sales Manager with 8+ years of experience in US IT Sales or International IT Services Sales , who has hands-on experience with startups and scratch ODC/GCC setup . The ideal candidate should have managed end-to-end sales for Offshore Development Centers (ODC) / Global Capability Centers (GCC) —from initial client acquisition to ODC setup, scaling, and long-term account growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for ODC / GCC / Offshore Development Center models across US and global markets
  • Handle end-to-end sales lifecycle , including prospecting, pitching, solutioning, negotiations, closures, and account expansion
  • Lead scratch ODC/GCC engagements , including initial discovery, pricing, team ramp-up planning, and delivery alignment
  • Work closely with startup clients and fast-growing organizations to establish and scale offshore teams
  • Build strong relationships with founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders
  • Prepare and present proposals, RFP/RFI responses, commercials, and contracts
  • Own revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, HR, and operations teams for successful ODC execution
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM reporting


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven experience in US IT Sales / International IT Services Sales
  • Strong experience in ODC / GCC / Offshore Development Center sales , including scratch setup involvement
  • Hands-on exposure to startup ecosystem , founders, and early-stage to growth-stage companies
  • Solid understanding of IT services: software development, cloud, data, QA, DevOps, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working in US shift and a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive deals
