Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Guide and mentor the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Remove obstacles and blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clarity of User Stories.
  • Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
  • Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics (., burndown charts, velocity).
  • Assess and lead project risk mitigation efforts.
  • Protect scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource allocations and adjust if vital.
  • Track and drive resolution of issues and problems that occur during the project or Program Increment Lifecycle. Advance concerns to various levels of management.
