Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Guide and mentor the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
+ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
+ Remove obstacles and blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
+ Support Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clarity of User Stories.
+ Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
+ Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
+ Assess and lead project risk mitigation efforts.
+ Protect scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource allocations and adjust if vital.
+ Track and drive resolution of issues and problems that occur during the project or Program Increment Lifecycle. Advance concerns to various levels of management.
