Job Description
_This role offers an opportunity to drive Agile delivery and foster collaboration within cross-functional teams. As an IT Scrum Lead, you will contribute to our mission by enabling efficient delivery through Scrum practices and coaching teams on Agile principles. **_Position Responsibilities:_**
+ _Organize and facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective)._
+ _Act as a coach to the Scrum Team and stakeholders, promoting Agile principles and values._
+ _Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain backlog and clarify priorities._
+ _Ensure Scrum artifacts (e.g., burndown charts) are maintained and accessible._
+ _Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team._
+ _Shift Schedule: Fixed Schedule – 8am to 5pm EST._
+ _Work set-up: 3-day work on site per week_
