Job Description

The IT Section Leader provides strategic leadership and direction to a regional or global technical team responsible for a specific functional area or technology. This role ensures excellent customer service and effective execution of departmental objectives through successful project delivery and support operations. The team typically consists of 4–8 associates. As a technical leader, the IT Section Leader dedicates roughly 50% of their time to managerial responsibilities and 50% to hands‑on IT practitioner work.
