Job Description

This role is for a proactive and skilled DLP Platform Operations Engineer to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, managing endpoint agents, handling incidents and troubleshooting, supporting DLP projects, and engaging with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and crucial to enforcing data protection policies and minimizing the risk of sensitive data leakage

  • Monitor and manage the health and performance of DLP infrastructure and endpoints.
  • Perform routine checks and validations to ensure DLP policies are applied correctly across systems.
  • Respond to alerts, incidents, and policy violations in a timely manner.
  • Oversee deployment, upgrades, and health monitoring of DLP agents across endpoints.
