IT Security Intern

**Main Responsibilities**:
Request an intern/student at the MTC to support IT Security team with the following activities:
- Coordination of trainings and escalation of pending users (mandatory trainings i.e. new hire & annual training)
- User guidance in relation to cybersecurity trainings (following up with users who have a problem with accessing trainings)
- Preparation of Reports (mainly in Excel) and contact list of key HR users across the world.
- Support in the preparation of material (updating information to new templates, translations, etc.)
- Following up on users who failed phishing tests and have not completed trainings
- Provide support to IT areas as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Microsoft office.
- Microsoft Excel
- Advanced English level
- Current Student (Computer systems engineer, Systems Engineer or Business Administration )
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
