IT Security Support L2

Responsibilities

Daily IT operation support for Fortinet firewall and Aruba switches.

Handling firewall operation, managing security incidents and support change management process.

Configure and maintenance configuration, testing, include managing policies, NAT, VPN tunnels and patches / firmware upgrades.

Troubleshoot firewall connectivity, security and RCA and resolution network incident.

Policies enforcement and rules to ensure configuration comply with SOP.

Gateways and controllers support for both wired and wireless traffic.

SDWAN solutions features a built-in NGFW for SASE architecture support.

Creating and update comprehensive documentation on configuration apply and incidents update.

Collaborate with internal network teams or follow up/escalate to network principle.

Qualifications

Background
Minimum Diploma on related field.

Good in English (Read/Write/Speak).
