Job Description

  • Maintain and support internal network and communication equipment (e.g., VPN, wireless AP, firewalls).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software (PCs, laptops, printers, projectors, etc.).
  • Manage video/telephone conferencing systems and web-based communication tools.
  • Administer network services including VPN, DHCP, IP routing, and internet access permissions.
  • Set up and maintain employee email accounts and access rights.
  • Support and troubleshoot weak current systems (e.g., telephone, access control, surveillance).
  • Perform system updates, virus prevention, and basic cybersecurity tasks.
  • Conduct regular IT room inspections and support IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for IT-related projects and maintenance.
