We are seeking an experienced IT Service Continuity and Availability Lead to drive the transformation of our availability management practices, ensuring our IT services are resilient, reliable, and future-ready. In this role, you will lead the transition from reactive to planned and well-governed availability management, design and maintain dashboards for service visibility, and deliver executive-ready reports and insights. You’ll play a crucial part in onboarding new services and team members, setting clear expectations, and establishing robust escalation processes.
