IT Service Delivery Specialist

The role of IT Service Delivery Specialist will join our team based in Brisbane and support AECOM’s IT asset and configuration management practices effectively communication and supporting the business across ANZ.

How you’ll make a difference:

• Provide IT support, advice, and effective solutions to internal teams, technology partners, and vendors, while liaising with key stakeholders and leadership to enhance IT asset tracking, management, and optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with the outsourced IT provider to ensure smooth operations across hardware refreshes, software licensing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end device deployments across ANZ, including planning, communication, vendor management, logistics, and alignment with annual lease and finance approval schedules.
