Job Description
End-User Support
- Provide Level 1 support for end-users on Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist users with domain joining, Teams and Google Meet setup, and general IT queries.
Email & Collaboration Tools
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MS Outlook (PST/OST, rules, signature, PST backup, repair, and migration).
- Support email-related service requests and incidents.
Ticketing & Incident Management
- Log, monitor, and resolve tickets using the organization's ticketing tool.
- Categorize tickets by type and priority (P1, P2, P3, P4) and ensure timely resolution.
Networking & Connectivity Support
- Provide basic support for DNS, DHCP, Subnet mask, Gateway, LAN/WAN, Access Points, and Wi-Fi issues.
