Responsibilities
- Agent acts as the first point of contact, providing Level 1 technical support via phone, email, or chat to Japanese-speaking users.
- Key responsibilities include troubleshooting software/hardware issues, managing user accounts, ticketing, and escalating complex problems while ensuring high-quality customer service in Japanese (N1/N2 level) and English
Qualifications
- Experience & Background: Minimum 1–2 years IT Service Desk experience (international account)
- Strong communication skills (good to excellent English)
- Educational Background: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Senior High School Graduate
- Associate Graduate (2 years)
- College Graduate (must present diploma)
