IT Service Desk | Bilingual English - Japanese

IT ServiceDesk (Nihongo/Japanese)

Responsibilities

  • Agent acts as the first point of contact, providing Level 1 technical support via phone, email, or chat to Japanese-speaking users.
  • Key responsibilities include troubleshooting software/hardware issues, managing user accounts, ticketing, and escalating complex problems while ensuring high-quality customer service in Japanese (N1/N2 level) and English

Qualifications

  • Experience & Background: Minimum 1–2 years IT Service Desk experience (international account)
  • Strong communication skills (good to excellent English)
  • Educational Background: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • Senior High School Graduate
  • Associate Graduate (2 years)
  • College Graduate (must present diploma)
