Pay- $21/hr W2
  • Primary Point of Contact for IT Support: Serve as the initial contact for end-users calling the IT Service Desk, providing exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution via phone, chat, or email channels.
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Resolution: Deliver high-quality technical support for hardware, software, and enterprise systems by diagnosing, resolving, and documenting incidents using knowledge base tools and call tracking systems.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Exhibit strong listening, empathy, and communication skills to ensure a positive user experience; maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure or escalated situations.
