Requirements and Previous Experience
A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of demonstrated experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Help Desk roles

Demonstrates hands-on experience in effectively resolving a variety of common technical issues for end users
Experienced in supporting multiple operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, and the MS Office Suite (both Office 365 and locally installed applications).
Proficient in OKTA, Cisco VoIP, Citrix VDI, collaborative tools (such as Zoom, MS Teams, and WebEx), as well as Android and iOS devices, and various SaaS solutions and remote support tools (such as LogMeIn, NinjaOne, and TeamViewer)
