We are currently progressing through a substantial evolution in both IT infrastructure and business growth. We are currently seeking a motivated IT Service Desk Technician to join our National IT Team! This role will be based in Burwood, VIC.

About the opportunity:

This role will be responsible for resolving IT issues, maintaining accurate data and ensuring that service level agreements are maintained. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

• Perform the primary role of IT phone support by ensuring all inbound calls are answered and logged in a timely manner
