GovCIO is currently hiring foran IT Service Desk Ticketing System Administrator.This position will be located inGlynco, GA,and will bean onsiteposition potential for flexible telework options.
This role is part of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers’ (FLETC) Information Technology (IT) Delivery and Operations Support Services (DOSS) program providing the full range of IT services that support FLETC's mission. This work is contingent upon award.

**Responsibilities**
• Design and administer databases, designing data schemas and structures that maintain clear referential integrity
• Use Ivanti Service Manager, Ivanti Voice Server, Ivanti Asset Manager, and Ivanti Change Manager in support of work.

Minimum qualifications:
• High School diploma and 6-9 years of experience.
