Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients on 24/7 availability via phone, chat and email
- Handle issues related to client technical issues ranging from simple PC related problems to application related issues (Active Directory, VPN, and other software’s).
- Basic ticketing of all types of issues using appropriate CRM Toolset (Service Now)
- Globally monitor, triage and escalate all system problems
- Assist with computer operations activities as required
- Provide support to remote users (using remote connectivity tools)
- Knowledge of incident management tools
