Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients on 24/7 availability via phone, chat and email
  • Handle issues related to client technical issues ranging from simple PC related problems to application related issues (Active Directory, VPN, and other software’s).
  • Basic ticketing of all types of issues using appropriate CRM Toolset (Service Now)
  • Globally monitor, triage and escalate all system problems
  • Assist with computer operations activities as required
  • Provide support to remote users (using remote connectivity tools)
  • Knowledge of incident management tools
